Shrimp with peach and herbs of Provence

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 250 g frozen shrimp
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • ½ pack of cream cheese, possibly more
  • Garlic, possibly frozen
  • Herbs of Provence
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, drain the peaches, sauté the shrimp in a little olive oil, and slice the onion into rings. Then, “tear” the peaches apart and place them in a casserole dish with the onions and sautéed shrimp. Sprinkle the garlic and other spices over the peaches and scatter the cream cheese in small flakes on top. Finally, drizzle with the remaining oil from the pan (or fresh olive oil) and bake in a preheated oven at 180–200°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with lamb’s lettuce or baguette.
