Something different for dinner

Wash the pears, cut them into eighths, and core them. Place them in an ovenproof casserole dish and spread the goat’s cheese on top. Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes. Mix the dressing together by combining oil, maple syrup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Wash the green salad and spin dry thoroughly, chop it, and mix it with the dressing. Arrange the cooked pears in the center of a plate, surround them with the green salad, and garnish with a few cherry tomatoes. Serve with fresh baguette. Optionally, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
