Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spaghetti or thin ribbon pasta
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • ½ ring/s of meat sausage
  • n. B. Maggi
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Break the noodles in half and cook according to the package instructions. Cut the leek into rings and the sausage into fairly small cubes. Place the cooked noodles, leek, and sausage in a bowl and mix with 7-8 tablespoons of Maggi and 4 tablespoons of oil. Let stand for one hour.
