Pasta salad with garlic

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 bags of dried herbs (garden herbs)
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), red or orange
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g feta cheese
  • 500 g pasta (farfalle)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Total time approx. 20 hours 15 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual until al dente. Mix the olive oil with the herbs, crush the garlic, and add it to the pan. Dice the bell pepper and feta cheese. While the pasta is still warm, add it to a large bowl, along with the oil and the diced bell pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Add the feta cheese last so it doesn’t get squashed when stirring. It’s best to let it sit overnight.
