  • 500g spaghetti
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 6 tbsp Maggi
  • 6 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat and sliced ​​leeks in a little oil until the minced meat is crumbly and cooked through (the thinner you slice the leeks, the less noticeable the leeks will be in the salad). Place everything in a large bowl. Add 6 tablespoons each of lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed), Maggi, oil, and 3 tablespoons of sugar, and mix well.
