Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 6 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 6 tbsp Maggi
- 6 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Fry the minced meat and sliced leeks in a little oil until the minced meat is crumbly and cooked through (the thinner you slice the leeks, the less noticeable the leeks will be in the salad). Place everything in a large bowl. Add 6 tablespoons each of lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed), Maggi, oil, and 3 tablespoons of sugar, and mix well.
