Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g wholemeal flour or oat flour
- 20 g protein powder
- 20 g protein powder (casein protein powder)
- 20 g baking cocoa, slightly deoiled or peanut flour
- e.g. erythritol (sugar substitute)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s), size L
- 150 ml milk or plant-based drink
- 1 shot of vanilla extract
- Salt
- Oil for frying

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the egg and milk and mix until smooth. Then stir in the vanilla extract. Lightly spray a nonstick pan with oil, heat it, and cook the pancakes. In a 24cm pan, the mixture should make 3 pancakes. The pancakes have around 500 calories per serving and about 50g of protein. You can top them with yogurt and fruit, for example.
