Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g wholemeal flour or oat flour
  • 20 g protein powder
  • 20 g protein powder (casein protein powder)
  • 20 g baking cocoa, slightly deoiled or peanut flour
  • e.g. erythritol (sugar substitute)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s), size L
  • 150 ml milk or plant-based drink
  • 1 shot of vanilla extract
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the egg and milk and mix until smooth. Then stir in the vanilla extract. Lightly spray a nonstick pan with oil, heat it, and cook the pancakes. In a 24cm pan, the mixture should make 3 pancakes. The pancakes have around 500 calories per serving and about 50g of protein. You can top them with yogurt and fruit, for example.
