Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 tortillas
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 200 g celeriac
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
  • 300 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda), in one piece
  • Herbs, dried Italian or minced meat seasoning
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Brown the vegetables and ground meat one after the other in vegetable oil. Mix both, add the pizza tomatoes, and let the ragù simmer gently for 5 minutes. Season with Italian herbs or ground meat seasoning, salt, pepper, and sugar. Coarsely grate the cheese. Spread the ragù evenly among the tortillas, placing a strip in the center of each. Carefully roll up each tortilla by folding the open sides over the ragù. Place the wraps in a greased baking dish. Once all the wraps are in, sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve with a green salad dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
