Plaice fillet with crab sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 pieces of fish fillet(s) (plaice fillets)
  • 1 cup(s) white wine
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp dill, fresh
  • 1 can of asparagus
  • 150 g crab (or scampi)
  • 60 g butter
  • Flour
  • lemon juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Casserole for guests

Drizzle the plaice fillets with lemon juice, season with salt, coat in flour, and briefly fry in hot butter on both sides. Then place them in a baking dish with the asparagus, tiled like roof tiles. Mix the wine with the cream, stir in the crab and dill, and pour over the plaice. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve with a herb baguette, for example.
