Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g turkey breast (alternatively pork or chicken)
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 2 packs of sauce powder (tomato sauce)
- 250 ml cream
- 250 ml milk

Rinse the turkey breast in cold water. Remove any fat and tendons, then dice and arrange in a baking dish. Trim the bell peppers and slice them into thin strips. Dice the feta cheese and spread both over the meat. Dissolve the sauce powder with the milk and cream and pour over the meat. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for 30-40 minutes. Serve with hash browns and a fresh mixed salad.
