Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 150 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 200 g herb cheese spread
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Paprika powder, sweet and hot
- 1 clove(s) garlic or garlic granules
- salt and pepper
- 1 ball of mozzarella

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Low-carb
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Slice the chicken breasts and fry in a pan with a little oil. Then layer them in a casserole dish. Heat the spinach with the cream cheese and tomato paste in a saucepan. If using fresh garlic, finely chop it and add it to the sauce. Season to taste. Spread the sauce over the meat. Thinly slice the mozzarella and distribute it evenly over the sauce. Place the casserole in the oven and bake until the cheese is lightly browned.
