Apple-mango-coconut crumble

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 10 tbsp coconut milk
  • 90 g oil
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 80 g coconut blossom sugar, alternatively cane sugar
  • 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 75 g coconut flakes, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the mango and dice the flesh. Wash, core, and dice the apple. Place the mango, apple, and coconut milk in an ovenproof dish. I always use shallow crème brûlée dishes. Mix all the crumble ingredients with a slotted spoon. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Pour the crumble over the fruit. Bake for 20 minutes in the small dishes or about 40 minutes in a large dish.
