Leek – Celery – Pineapple – Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 jar celery, in sticks
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ can pineapple, sliced
  • 1 small jar of Miracle Whip

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

quick salad with grilled food

Drain 1 jar of celery sticks and 1 small can of corn. Cut the pineapple slices into chunks. Wash and trim the leeks, then slice them into rings (only until the light green part is reached, not the dark green part). Place everything in a bowl and mix with a small jar of Miracle Whip. Stir in a little more pineapple juice to taste. Let it chill for a while! Tastes great with grilled and pan-fried dishes, but also with chicken thighs. Serve with baguette.
