Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bags of rice
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 2 onions
  • 2 large turkey schnitzels
  • 100 ml meat broth
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook rice according to the instructions. Clean and peel the zucchini and cut into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Wash and clean the bell peppers and cut into larger cubes (approx. 1.5 x 1.5 cm). Wash, peel and thinly slice the carrots. Peel the onions and roughly chop them (in larger pieces). Dice the meat as well. Brown the meat and season with salt and pepper. Add the carrots and cook. Then add the zucchini, bell peppers and onions, pour over the meat broth and cook with the lid closed for about 5 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and the cooked rice and season with a little curry.
