Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 280 ml milk, lukewarm
  • ½ cube of fresh yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Suitable for BBA! with modification!

Dissolve the yeast in the milk and pour it into a bowl or bread maker. Next, add the oil. Mix the flour with the sugar and salt and add it to the other ingredients. Knead thoroughly until the dough no longer sticks to the edges. Cover with a clean cloth and let it rise for at least 1 hour. Then place it in the preheated oven and bake for the first 10 minutes at 220°C, then reduce the temperature to 200°C and bake for another 50 minutes. Variation: Walnut bread: Replace 100-150g chopped walnuts and 310ml milk with the 280ml.
