Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 chicken, ready roasted
- 4 slice(s) pineapple, from the can, unsweetened
- 1 small can of peas
- 200 g cheese (Emmental)
- 1 small jar of mayonnaise
- Salt
- pepper
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice. Drain the peas. Chop the cooked chicken, cheese, and pineapple slices into small pieces and combine with the peas. Blend the mayonnaise and pineapple juice until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder and pour over the salad. Stir.
