Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g almond(s), ground
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Chocolate
  • Hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Ingredients for approx. 7 trays

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Stir together sugar, butter, and egg yolk. Add flour, ground almonds, and baking powder and knead into a dough (best done by hand). Then take a nut or piece of chocolate and the dough and form a very small ball. The contents should no longer be visible. Then roll the ball in desiccated coconut and place it on a prepared baking sheet. Once the baking sheet is ready, place it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-15 minutes. You could also use marzipan pieces.
