Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) for baking
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 0.3 cucumber(s)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp herbs (8 herb mix), frozen
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the baguette in the oven according to the package instructions, let it cool briefly, and then slice it. Wash the lettuce leaves. Finely chop the onion. Slice the cucumber. Drain the tuna and transfer it to a bowl. Add the mayo, herbs, lemon juice, and onion and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top the baguette with lettuce leaves, tuna, and a few cucumber slices.
