Tuna and vegetable toast

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small can of tuna
  • 1 m.-sized tomato(s)
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 small bell pepper(s)
  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 2 tbsp garlic oil or olive oil
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • some mustard
  • some ketchup
  • 2 slices of processed cheese
  • Spice(s) as desired

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Delicious and fast

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl with a little lemon juice. Fry the small can of tuna (preferably in oil) with garlic oil or regular olive oil and finely chopped garlic in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Season to taste. Spread the toast with butter and place one or two slices of cheese on top. Then top the toast with the tuna and vegetables and place it in the toaster oven until golden brown. Finally, mix the mustard and ketchup together and serve on a plate with the toast.
