Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 12 bulbs of garlic
  • 75 ml oil (olive oil)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wrap 4 garlic cloves each in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C / fan: 175°C / gas mark 3) for about 1 hour. Remove the garlic from the foil and let it cool slightly. Peel or press the cloves out of their skins. Press the garlic through a sieve and mix with oil until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into two prepared 125 ml jars and seal tightly. Shelf life: about 6 months. Tastes delicious on fresh baguette. Serve with grilled vegetables.
