Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 peaches, approx. 1.2 kg
- 100 ml Campari
- 500 g gelling sugar (2:1, for 1000 g fruit)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Blanch the peaches in boiling water and rinse. Peel and pit. Dice the peaches. Weigh out 900g of the flesh. Combine the peaches, Campari, and gelling sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Then simmer for at least 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Immediately fill prepared twist-off jars to the brim with jam. Seal and let cool upside down. Shelf life: 9-12 months.
