Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • possibly cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

very tasty and something different than tarte flambée

Dice the onion, ham, and garlic clove. Mix the sour cream with all the remaining ingredients, season, and spread the mixture onto the untoasted slices of toast. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C (convection oven) for about 10-15 minutes. If the spread is too thick, add a little cream to thin it. The bacon and onions do not need to be browned beforehand.
