Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 75 g bread(s), wholemeal
- 3 slice(s) smoked salmon, cut into slices
- 1 pinch of salt (Himalayan salt)
- 2 pinch(s) chili powder
- n. B. Herbs, dried (salad herbs)
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Whisk the eggs with the milk and seasonings and add them to the pan. Cut the bread into pieces and place them in the egg mixture. Let it set. Drizzle the bread with the remaining oil. Flip the omelet and let it brown. Turn it out onto a plate and garnish with salmon and herbs.
