Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 pack of pretzels, frozen (8-10 pieces) for baking
- 1 pack of cheese (sliced cheese)
- 500 g minced meat
- salt and pepper
- some ketchup (spiced ketchup)
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thaw the pretzels, then shape them so there’s no hole in the middle, like a round, flat cake (shape each thawed pretzel separately so you have 8-10 servings, depending on the package). Place them on a baking sheet, then brush the pretzel pieces with a little ketchup. Brown the ground beef in a little oil and season with salt and pepper, then spread it on the pretzels. Place a slice of cheese on each one. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
