Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 12 slices of toast
- 12 tsp, heaped cream cheese
- 12 tsp, heaped strawberry jam
- ½ cup coconut oil or vegetable oil
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Trim the edges of the slices of toast. Roll out the slices thinly with a rolling pin and spread a teaspoon of cream cheese and strawberry jam on each slice. Then roll everything up tightly. Mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon. Dip the rolls in the oil and coat them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan oven), place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake for 15 minutes. Delicious with coffee, with vanilla sauce, or just on their own.
