Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 medium-sized onions, diced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 600 g chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 pointed peppers, red
- 1 carrot(s)
- n. B. Ajvar, hot
- 300 g cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sauté the onions in the fat in a large pan until translucent. Add the chopped chicken and minced garlic with ajvar. Fry until the meat is lightly cooked. Meanwhile, halve the bell peppers and cut them into half rings, thinly slice the carrot, and add them along with the cream cheese (I don’t think it needs any additional salt or seasoning). Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure everything is well blended.
