Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 small pointed cabbage
- 250 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 pack of goat’s cheese
- e.g. chili
- salt and pepper
- possibly vegetable broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Cut the pointed cabbage into thin strips, add it, and sauté briefly. Stir in the cream cheese and add the pasta. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Add a little more vegetable stock if desired.
