Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 80 g wheat flour or spelt flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 10 g psyllium husks
  • Spice(s) to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Knead all ingredients together. The dough will be sticky at first, but this will lessen the longer you knead it. I used salt, nutmeg, and vegetable broth as seasonings. Then top the dough as desired. The best results are achieved if it is pre-baked for 5 minutes without any toppings; this prevents the tomato sauce, for example, from seeping through.
