Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 jar of lecho
- 125 g bacon, diced
- 3 onions
- 200 g mushrooms, fresh
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- chili
- Fat, for frying
- e.g. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Brown the diced ham in a pan and add the lecho. Season with a little chili (and, if you like, 2 to 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce). Cook on high heat, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cut the fresh chicken breast fillets into strips, place them in a baking dish, and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Arrange the halved mushrooms on top. Layer the sliced onions on top. Add 3 whole garlic cloves and crush the other 2 cloves and spread them over the mixture. Finally, pour the lecho over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
