Minced meat pizza with hollandaise sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 portion of pizza dough (refrigerated counter) or homemade
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 200 g hollandaise sauce
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • e.g. basil
  • e.g. oregano
  • e.g. tomato paste

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Fry the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Spread the pizza dough on a prepared baking sheet and spread with the tomato paste. If you made the dough yourself, simply spread it with tomato paste. Season the base with basil and oregano. Then sprinkle the ground beef and corn on top. Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and spread them out. Spread the hollandaise sauce evenly. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
