Wild garlic pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, ready-made or homemade
  • 1 handful of wild garlic, optionally more
  • 1 pack of ham cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of pizza cheese, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

In just 10 minutes in the oven

Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet, spread the sour cream evenly over the dough, ideally with a knife, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Wash the wild garlic and then finely chop or tear into strips about 1cm wide. Arrange the ham cubes evenly over the pizza and spread the cheese on top, ensuring the dough is covered as evenly as possible. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden yellow to brown. Tip: It’s best to use wild garlic only while it’s not in bloom.
