Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, new, waxy
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika powder, hot
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch of ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash potatoes, pat dry, quarter lengthwise, and place on a baking sheet with the oil and seasoning. Roast in the oven (middle rack) for 30 to 35 minutes until crispy, turning two or three times.
