Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chickpeas from the can
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the cumin and turmeric and sauté briefly. Drain the chickpeas and blend them with the onions, spices, and lemon juice until creamy. Finally, add salt.
