Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g chickpeas from the can
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • basil
  • oregano
  • lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the chickpeas and blend them with the tomato paste and spices until creamy. Fresh tomato pieces mixed in are also delicious.
