  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 small apple

Drain the herring fillets and cut them into small pieces. Finely dice the remaining ingredients. Mix everything well and let it marinate for a day.
