Redfish fillet with spinach in paprika sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 redfish fillet(s) or other fish
  • 200 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 2 tbsp ajvar
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • lemon juice
  • Oil or margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Thaw the fish fillet and spinach. Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry, lightly salt, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the ajvar with a dash of milk. Then sauté in a saucepan with the melted margarine. After about 2 minutes, add the spinach and the ajvar-milk mixture. Reduce the heat slightly and sauté with the lid on for about 12-15 minutes. Serve with rice.
