Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 onions, red
- 2 red bell peppers
- 6 tomatoes, dried
- 140 g lentils, red
- 2 pieces of anise (star anise)
- Cinnamon
- 2 tsp oil (rapeseed oil)
- 200 ml broth
- 4 tbsp coffee cream, (4%)
- salt and pepper
- 240 g fish fillet(s) (plaice fillet)
- 1 lemon(s)
- Oak leaf lettuce as decoration

Finely dice the onion and bell pepper. Cover and cook the vegetables, tomato strips, lentils, spices, oil, and broth in a pan for about 6 minutes. Stir in the coffee cream, season with salt and pepper. Season the fillets with salt, place on the lentils, and drizzle with lemon juice. Cover and simmer for another 6 minutes. Season the lentils to taste and arrange them on the salad with the fish fillets. Season the fillets with pepper.
