Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- some cheese, grated
- some olive oil
- Herbs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
I cut the potatoes into thin slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, neatly arranged next to each other. Then I sprinkle them with herbs. Salt, pepper, and oregano are highly recommended. I drizzle a little oil over them and sprinkle a handful of grated cheese on top. Then I put the tray in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. A delicious snack for nibbling or as a side dish or with salad.
