Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 potatoes
- 1 pinch of salt for sprinkling
- 1 tbsp butter

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crispy baked potatoes
Clean the potatoes, but do not peel them. Pat them dry with a cloth and cut them into quarters. Preheat oven to 200°C and arrange the potato pieces on a baking sheet. Bake at 200°C until the potatoes are nicely browned (approx. 30-45 minutes). Brush with butter and season with salt. Serve with dips as desired or as a side dish with meat and vegetables. Better than fries! Enjoy!
