- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp bell pepper(s), diced

Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly. Combine the minced meat with onion, egg, ketchup, cheese, diced bell peppers, salt, curry, and barbecue sauce to form a spicy mincemeat mixture. Spread it on the puff pastry. Roll it up and press the ends firmly together. Place the puff pastry roll on the baking sheet and bake at 220°C for about 35 minutes.
