Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Fat, for frying
- e.g. applesauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 29 minutes
Mix flour, baking powder, milk, and quark into a smooth batter. Gradually beat in the 3 eggs, add a little salt, and let stand for 10 minutes. Heat the pan. Then add fat to the pan. Using 1-2 tablespoons of batter, place several small cakes into the pan, spread evenly, and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until light brown. Sprinkle the quark pancakes with cinnamon sugar and serve immediately with applesauce.
