Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g zucchini
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 50 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g fennel
  • 70 g veal
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 4 tbsp apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

From 7 months. Cut the zucchini, potatoes, carrots, and fennel into small cubes. Steam with the veal until tender. Then puree with a hand blender until smooth. Stir in the oil and juice. Freezes well in portions. We always allow 130g per portion. Our little one won’t eat any more; we need room for compote. For those who are really hungry, the quantities above make 2 x 210g per portion. Steaming is recommended, as this preserves most of the nutrients.
