Wild Garlic Pasta

Wild garlic pasta

  • Tomatoes small (leftovers)
  • Truffle salt to taste
  • Gourmet pepper to taste
  • 6 leaves Basil
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Handful Wild garlic from our own garden
  • Parmesan to taste
  • 150 g Pasta
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° degrees top / bottom heat. Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. Halve the small tomatoes and place them with the cut surface facing up. Sprinkle with truffle salt & gourmet pepper. Chop the fresh basil and spread it all around.
  2. Then drizzle with olive oil. Put in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the wild garlic from your own garden, shake it dry and cut it into strips. Place the pasta in salted water and cook according to the instructions.
  3. Drain / drain and place in a bowl. Then mix with the tomatoes from the oven. Fold in strips of wild garlic and grated Parmesan. Then place in deep bowls and drizzle with olive oil, serve immediately.
