Beetroot Salad

The perfect beetroot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Tubers Fresh beetroot
  • 1 Bowl Organic salad mix
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Black radish fresh
  • 3 tablespoon Walnut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 3 tablespoon Raspberry vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts
  1. Wash and pluck the lettuce. Peel the beetroot, preferably with a glove because of the color, and slice it into thin slices. Also peel the radish and grate finely. Also peel and grate the carrots. Put the vegetables in a large bowl and mix.
  2. Make a vinaigrette from oil, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix the ingredients well. Pour these over the salad and mix. Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Decorate with parsley or the fresh green of the carrots.
