Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 5 m.-sized eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 1 onion(s), red, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) on the middle rack until lightly browned. If desired, stir in mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, paprika, etc.
