Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber(s), peeled and grated
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp mint, chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

Great for grilling – without cucumber also perfect as a dip or spread
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and cut into small pieces. Immediately toss with lemon juice. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Add the avocado and gently fold in. Season again to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tip: If you omit the cucumber, it makes a great dip or spread.
