Taco pizza

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 200 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • ¼ iceberg lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes, diced or halved
  • 1 avocado(s), diced
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 jar salsa or taco sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 17 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Spread the pizza dough on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef with the onion and season with the taco seasoning. Then mix the beans with the ground beef. Spread the mixture over the pre-baked pizza base and then sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven for another 7 minutes. All other ingredients are toppings that can be chopped and mixed during baking. Once the pizza dough and ground beef are ready, spread everything on top. Finally, top with small dollops of sour cream and taco sauce and serve.
