- 200g spaghetti
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ onion(s)
- some salt
- n. B. herbs
- some olive oil

quick and filling
Cook the spaghetti in salted water, rinse when tender, and set aside. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Sauté in hot oil. Chop the tuna and avocado, add to the onions, and fry gently for a few minutes. Finally, add the spaghetti to the pan and toss everything for a few minutes. Season with salt and herbs to taste.
