Egg salad with apple and capers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 gherkins
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp cucumber water
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the eggs, apple, onion, and gherkins and mix. Add the capers, vinegar, mayonnaise, and the gherkin liquid. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives.
