Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 kg pork neck
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream or crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Tupperware recipe / microwave or oven

Cut thin slices from the piece of meat, but leave them together at the bottom, so DO NOT CUT ALL THE WAY THROUGH. Make a marinade from mustard, ketchup, onion, salt, and pepper and carefully pour it between the slices of meat. Place the roast in the 3.0 l UltraPlus casserole dish. Oven cooking: Bake for approx. 60 minutes at 180°C (top and bottom heat), then add the sweet and sour cream and cook for another 20 minutes at the same temperature. Microwave cooking: Bake for approx. 20 minutes at 600 watts, then add the sweet and sour cream, then place in the oven for approx. 20 minutes at 180°C (top and bottom heat).
