Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
  • 100 g onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 200 g tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
  • Basil, dried
  • Oregano, dried
  • 300 g meat sausage, roughly diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Tupperware recipe / microwave

Place the peppers, onion, garlic, and oil in the MicroPlus (2.25 l) and microwave with the lid on for about 3 minutes at 600 watts. Then add the remaining ingredients, stir, and microwave with the lid on for another 15 minutes at 600 watts. Let stand for 5 minutes, then season to taste.
